Incorporated in March 2003 to exploit a clear gap in the market, Brand Enforcement UK Ltd was set up as an independent specialist legal consultancy and anti-counterfeiting service provider with experience in all aspects of both the criminal and civil enforcement of intellectual property rights (IPR).
Our Vision
Our vision is to become the leading anti-counterfeiting service provider within the UK, which we hope to achieve by identifying and setting good practice methodologies and sharing this knowledge with our partners, affiliates and clients.
Our Mission
Our mission is to enforce our clients’ intellectual property rights (IPR), which we hope to achieve by;
- Raising awareness amongst the law enforcement communities of our clients’ strategies in combating the circulation and trade of fake goods
- Collating and disseminating relevant intelligence to assist officials in bringing criminal actions against infringers
- Assisting with the operational effectiveness of relevant law enforcement agencies at local, national and international levels
Brand Enforcement UK Ltd (BEUK) specialise in the enforcement of intellectual property rights (trademark, design and copyright) and assists brands with their global brand protection strategies. With two decades of experience we collect the intelligence and coordinate investigations to bring those creating and trading in counterfeit products to justice.
